Aguas Neuvas has several shops. restaurants, and bars and is very close to the know Water Park that is terrific in those hot summer days for cooling off, and is fun for both young and old alike.
Within walking distance from the apartment you also have the new shopping centre know as Habaneras, with loads of shops to choose from and includes several designer shops for the young and trendy. Next door to the Habaneras you have one of Spain large Supermarkets called Carafor, where you can buy just about everything ranging from food, clothes, electrical equipment, and even has several cafe's.
Close by you have the Bowling Centre, and even a Cinema for watching the newly released films.
For football fans, a 10minute walk takes you to the Torrevieja football grounds, that is very popular with both the English and Spanish alike.
Aguas Neuvas is on the outskirts of Torrevieja, and is walkable for those who enjoy walking, otherwise the local bus service is situated close by. Torrevieja is a old fishing town, and is packed with shops, bars and restaurants and even has an old world war 2 Submarine that is funded by the local Spanish Authorities and is free for you to visit and explore.You will be given a guided tour by a English speaking person, and I would recommend a visit.

You also have one of the best pools in the area that is also equipped with steps that lead in to the pool for the elderly and children.
This apartment is situated in a good area, and has access to just about everything you could possibly want to make that Costa Blanca holiday complete.
As an added bonus, Torrevieja is famous for its Salt Lakes, thus making it the healthiest place to live in the world, and that's official.
