Large Cortijo in poor condition next to a ruin in land of over 5 hectares covered in several hundred almond trees. Situated in a magnificent position with spectacular views, The access track although steep has been recently improved and can be entered with a normal car. Sweet spring water runs across land, mains water also available and electric a little way but available. The local council have agreed to permit either demolish and rebuild a new house where the cortijo is situated or have a new house built as an agricultural building on the land (The only difference is the paperwork.) This can be built at the entrance to the land where the access is better and mains water and electric are much nearer.
